This week for our unit of inquiry we explored different materials and chose rose we thought would make good musical instruments. Mr Mike has been introducing them to a variety of instruments from the school band. On Wednesday they provided a mini demonstration by playing and singing twinkle, twinkle little star. In the swimming pool the students confidence has significantly increased and they are learning some wonderful new skills. This week the class we’re learning to float on their backs. Some managed independently with a kick board some needed noodles. Finally we had to collect data from the class to send to grade 3 class. They wanted to know what the K1 students would be interested in buying from their souk. All had great fun and there was lots of learning this week.
