In the French class this week, we asked ourselves what are our best learning technics, especially when learning a new language. The students brainstormed their ideas individually, then found some space on the walls where they could write their ideas in English. Together, we then shared our ideas and worked out how to express these ideas in French. Finally, the students took notes of the French sentences in their notebook. It is always important for the students to know how they learn best, what strategies work for them, and to share this with their peers and of course with their teachers. Some interesting technics were mentioned and we will have the opportunity to use a lot of them in the French class.
