What a big week of learning!!
We are continuing our researching of our chosen animals e.g camels, flamingos, sea lions, rabbits etc to present on a website we individually made to share with others. There is so much to learn about biodiversity and sustainability that makes us understand and appreciate the world around us. We have looked at our animals and their adaptations to be able to survive in their habitats and their own food webs. We have started to look at Sustainability, the negative situations affecting our animals and also what we are doing to support them for them to continue to flourish.
In writing we continue to work on our poetry and research skills e.g. paraphrasing. This week, we decided to be creative and write a story to show we understand our chosen animal and their habitat in a fun way. Next week we will continue to enjoy poetry.
In math we are using google sheets to display data in different ways and also interpret the data on graphs so we understand what they are saying to us. Next week we hope to create our own data and graphs about ecosystems and biodiversity to put onto our websites.
