In math we continued to use our knowledge of length, area and perimeter to help us in our maths problem solving by designing another ABIS food farm, which included rectangles, triangle and a circle. We have begun learning how to use Pi to calculate the area and circumferences of circles.
In Literacy we finished our persuasive writing (Yes or No to iPads) and published them so we could share and exchange our views with others. In our Inquiry unit we have been continuing our focus on the process of food and its journey to other countries by choosing a food and finding interesting information and facts and sharing this information using graphics. We have enjoyed finding out that Oman produces a lot of great food.
