What a wonderful week we have had building on our learning from the early astronomers/thinkers and what they did to help us understand the solar system and beyond. We now understand our place in space and can’t believe what is out there in the universe. In math, we have been looking at temperature and mass/weight and how we can use it in our every day life. In narrative writing, we have been looking at describing characters with lots of descriptive words to make our stories very interesting. We finished the week with an exciting Solar System Scavenger hunt around the classroom.
