As part of their Unit of Inquiry about food production, the Grade 5KL students were asked to follow instructions and make cheese at home using milk and vinegar. It was a great success. The students had been asked to make a video of the process and it is clear we have some budding chefs amongst us. I was impressed with the risk taking. One student tried her cheese even though she explained she “really didn’t like cheese usually” Thank you to all the adults who helped to oversee the process as the students couldn’t have done it without your help.
