Grade 6 have been learning numbers, dates and key info for exchanging personal details in French. They have applied their learning about numbers in Maths to their inquiry as to how numbers are expressed in French and made some interesting links between languages. Drawing recent learning together, they have been revising on their feet, using games and mime as a way to remember vocabulary. They have been asking some excellent questions which have taken us beyond our original scope of inquiry into much larger numbers and a broad range of vocabulary for family members, animals and sport, well done Grade 6!
