Grade 9 students explored the works of sculptor Kirsteen Pieterse and the contrast between natural and human-made landmarks. They then formed small groups and began research for their proposals for either an installation or free-standing sculpture that will be made using wood, wire, paper, plastic, or a variety of found objects.
