Grade 8 English have been reading the book Ender’s Game as part of a unit, where they explore how Science Fiction set in the future allows them to investigate the ethical issues of today. With themes such has ethics during wartime, bullying, responsibility and power, the students have had quite a bit to discuss. We are almost finished, and will be developing our analytical skills with writing afterward.
