As part of reading and writing we have been discussing fact or fiction. The students have labelled pictures of animals identifying facts they know. From there they have been writing drafts with their facts and ultimately they will publish a non-fiction book.

We have been inquiring into habitats of animals! We know what types of animals live in different habitats and have been learning about the different things the need to survive including food, water, shelter and oxygen.
