G8 Advisory continued their thinking about digital citizenship in PSHE. We looked at digital privacy previously, and today we thought about posting things online. What happens to this information? Does it disappear if you delete it? What is appropriate to post?
We finished off this session with a game of ‘Round Whispers,’ a well-known game, but today we reflected on the transfer of information and how this may change over time while not disappearing.
We will continue on this theme in the next few lessons.
Calm in the Farm continued this week. This essentially just looks like a fun play session, but when you sit and watch what is going on, the skills that are transferred are incredible. In a simple 20-minute session, I saw cooperation and teamwork, respect, listening to others, problem solving in bucket loads, planning, and maths.
Outdoor education is a passion of mine. Being present to just facilitate a session that is completely child-led is a privilege!
