This week we celebrated Oman Week at ABIS. It was so lovely to see so many of our Grade 7 students wearing traditional Omani clothing or the colours that we associate with Oman. There was also lots of sharing of goodies, so thank you so much to students and parents for making this happen. A huge thank you to Mr Arun who made sure that our students were given the opportunity to ride the camels if they chose on Tuesday when the activity took place at school.
We are also very grateful to Ms. Peters, who again took some time to come in to our Advisory session on Monday and give us more insight into how to plan our Service as Action for Semester 2. Students will be working collaboratively with others this semester, and we look forward to seeing what plans they come up with to provide authentic Service as Action activities to benefit our communities.
Tonight will see International Night being held at ABIS, a big thank you to everyone involved in the preparations, and we hope to see as many families as possible coming along to participate in this amazing event. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend, Best wishes, G7 Advisory Team.
