Dear families,

What a fun and active week we’ve had in our Physical Education classes!

This week, we focused on two main activities: Yoga and Collaborative Race with Hula-Hoops

During our yoga sessions, the children practiced simple poses that promote focus, balance, and calmness. It was wonderful to see how they connected with their breathing and their bodies in a peaceful and positive environment. We were even pleasantly surprised to see that more than one student showed a strong interest in this activity!

In the collaborative race with hula-hoops, the goal wasn’t to run fast, but to move together as a team, communicate, and coordinate. This activity was a bit more challenging, as it’s not easy to move at the same time as your partner while connected by a hoop. But the students laughed, encouraged each other, and learned that moving forward together takes patience and mutual support. They also reinforced the idea that teamwork matters, both in and out of PE lessons.

Thank you for your continued support. We’ll keep moving, learning, and growing together!

Best regards,
Ms. Nuria.
