We’ve had another exciting week in Grade 1! This week, we began a new Unit of Inquiry: How the World Works. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be exploring how the Earth has many natural resources and goes through constant changes. The students’ enthusiasm as they dive into this topic is wonderful to see!
In addition to our inquiry unit, we engaged in various math activities. The students practiced concepts such as before and after, greater than, less than, and addition. These games provide a playful way to strengthen their foundational math skills.
I would also like to thank all the parents who took the time to participate in our Three-Way Conferences this week. It’s always valuable to discuss your child’s development together, and we deeply appreciate your active involvement.
