This week we went to Sohar Medical University to learn more about the heart and lungs. We even saw some real organs and noticed that they were not pink because there was no blood in them!
In maths, we practised estimating and measuring, making sure we knew the correct unit of measure and used the most appropriate tool. You cannot measure a pencil sharpener with a metre stick!!
We also had a visit from Nurse Amina who talked about all of the things that will keep us healthy. We then checked our vital signs; height, weight, and temperature
Next week, we will start finding out about the digestive system.
