In our CAS lesson this week, the 12th graders started their review on reflection. After talking about what reflection means to them, they created a list of what reflection is and what it is not. We talked about how being internally motivated to reflect was much more powerful than being forced to do it, as was reflecting right after a significant moment, rather than waiting to reflect later. Reflecting on this lesson, it seems that our students know what reflection is all about!
