Dear Families

This week I have had the privilege of being abIe to observe a variety of different lessons. I have been specifically looking for examples of Inquiry Based Learning (IBL). This is an educational approach that encourages students to take an active role in their learning process. It revolves around asking questions, seeking answers, and exploring topics that genuinely intrigue them. Rather than simply absorbing information, students are encouraged to think critically, investigate, analyze, and draw conclusions based on evidence. One excellent example of this was with our Grade 11 Physics Class today, who were asked to investigate and find answers to a fictional crime scene. Please take the time to read about this lesson and many other examples in our teachers posts this week.

Have a lovely weekend.
