Dear KG2 Families,

This week in our science exploration, we delved into the fascinating world of water and its different states. We embarked on a journey of inquiry by engaging in a hands-on activity: making ice! We filled up containers with water and eagerly placed them in the freezer, patiently waiting for the magical transformation to occur. As the water gradually turned into solid ice, we marveled at the process and discussed the concept of freezing. To extend our learning, we creatively incorporated our homemade ice cubes into a refreshing treat by adding them to our favorite juices. Through this fun and tasty experiment, we not only quenched our thirst but also deepened our understanding of water and its versatile nature. Stay tuned for more exciting adventures in our weekly snapshots!

We are incredibly grateful for the recycled materials you have been sending in for our children to explore and create with. These materials have sparked endless excitement and curiosity among our little learners. They have been crafting imaginative art pieces. The joy and enthusiasm on their faces are a testament to the value of hands-on learning experiences. We kindly request you to keep sending in more recycled materials as they provide invaluable opportunities for our children to engage in open-ended play and foster their creativity. Your involvement in their education is truly appreciated.

We are absolutely thrilled as our eagerly awaited assembly approaches! The children are bursting with excitement to showcase all the incredible learning they have accomplished. They can’t wait to fill up the Mazoon hall with their parents and loved ones, sharing their achievements, talents, and creativity. The anticipation is palpable, and we are counting down the days until we gather together to celebrate their hard work and growth.

Wishing you a lovely weekend…

Warm regards,

Mrs Nicholson and Ms Haifa
