This week the K1 students have been very busy inquiring into their new unit of inquiry ‘Sharing the Planet.’ They have been looking at living and non living things and making comparisons. In Maths they have been inquiring into patterns and finding them in their environment. There has been a lot of new vocabulary while exploring the letter Gg and some wonderful art work of their flower designs and paper sculptures inspired by cloud shapes. Finally we read the Gruffalo story and the children built dens and drew their own monsters. A very busy week was had by all.
