On Tuesday this week the Science lab received a very special visit: grade 4 students came in to perform a polymerization lab. Using all safety equipment required and looking pretty much like forensic scientists, they performed a very thorough and accurate practical about making colored polymers. Everybody enjoyed the experience a lot, especially me watching so much talent and potential: well done and thanks to Ms Drower for bringing them in.
The rest of the years went through more theoretical matters with the usual occasional practicals, like light (grade 7), metal reactivity (grade 8), properties of water (grade 11), enzymes (grade 9) and atomic structure (grade 11).
Well done everybody for yet another safe Science practical week.
