Students had a brilliant time – stay tuned for their thoughts and comments after the public holiday! Â Here are some pictures to whet your appetite and talk about with grade four children….. Â enjoy! Â Please note – thanks are due to all those who participated/helped/contributed, but special thanks MUST go to the museums for their willingness to host our class, in particular the Armed Forces Museum and Mr. Issa, the young soldier from the Royal Guard who showed us around, and to Sohar Aluminium for their allowing us to stay at the guest house. Â Also we need to thank another Mr Issa, our driver, for ferrying us around Muscat safely, Cafe Ceramique artists Mr Ariel and Mr Armand for their work helping the students recall their week through art, Mr. Naseeb from Sun and Sand Tours who kindly explained the history of the Mutrah Souk and organised an opportunity to go into the market and learn about bargaining, and a big thanks to Miss Assila, without whom there would be no trip at all.
