My name is Nick Murga and I am very excited to join ABIS as part of the secondary department! This year I will be responsible for teaching Grades 9 and 10 MYP Individuals and Societies, Grades 11 and 12 DP History, and Grade 11 Theory of Knowledge (TOK). Additionally, I will oversee the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) programme. I bring a passion for teaching and learning and 20 years of educational experience to the ABIS team. I have had the privilege of teaching a range of IB and AP classes in 4 countries including the United States, Taiwan, Brazil, and Egypt. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to get to know our students and families and to explore the beautiful country of Oman!
