This week we continued split into Maths groups as we tackled an assortment of multiplication strategies and focussed on time. We also continued our online reading rotations groups and literature circle and comprehension tasks too! Students have been practicing their self-management skills by making sure they are where they should be and checking Seesaw to see their tasks and make sure they are submitted on time. Please ask to see their tasks at the end of the day and give them a reminder if they have any outstanding. We dug deeper into our new Unit of Inquiry (UOI) under Where We Are in Place and Time. Our Central Idea (CI) is that: ‘Human migration creates challenges and opportunities.’
