This week was a great start to the new school year! It was so great to meet all my students and have some lovely conversations with them! I cannot wait to come to Oman – everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I included a picture of a sunset – the sun looked to be larger than normal and it was beautiful! The second picture is of my homemade, stovetop mac and cheese. I love cooking and eating good food.
