On Wednesday, we spent an amazing morning in the art room. The students painted with tempera paints using paint brushes and were excited to find out they were able to make new colours by mixing various colours of paint. For example, they created the “new white” that looked gray. They used droppers to paint salt and observed how the colours mixed together. They also had an option to develop their fine motor skills by exploring rice and play-dough. Please enjoy some photos from our art morning!
