Week #23 ended with an assembly highlighting the recently concluded Oman Week. Grades 7, 8, 9 and 11 students took turns sharing their experiences – including both challenges and successes. In the survey we gave to students, most of them identified the IB Learner Profile attributes of being risk-takers (courageous) and caring as the top attributes they had either demonstrated or developed during Oman Week. This program is meant not only to highlight the richness and beauty of Oman’s natural resources but also to give students opportunities to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves to do new things.
