Today students in Grade Six held the culminating event for their UOI on How The World Works. The unit has investigated how the Scientific Method has been used to systematically explore the world around them. The students were required to use the Scientific Method to test hypotheses and run experiments, which they then had to show and share with others. Parents were invited, as were their K3 buddies, and students “strutted their stuff.” The students will be posting their work on their Websites and we ask parents to take the time to view what is posted and to comment upon their child’s learning.
