Happy New Year!
Some students came back relaxed and excited, while others had a slower start. Nevertheless, it turned out to be an awesome start of the year! I have seen lots of exciting learning engagements happening in different classes, including Ms. J’s dad speaking with the Grade 12s regarding his experience growing up during the Cold War era.
In advisory, students discussed written examinations as we prepare for the International Schools Assessments (ISA) as well as the IGCSE and DP mock exams in February. Students were encouraged to apply the mindfulness techniques that they have been learning in order to face their exams with confidence.
Thank you to all parents who attended the Oman Week Information Session last Wednesday. Students are getting excited to embark on new adventures and extend their learning outside the school campus.
