This week on Tuesday, 12th May, we were delighted to welcome parents to our Parent Coffee Morning and MYP & DP Art Exhibition held in the LC3 atrium upstairs. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for families, students, and staff to come together and celebrate the creativity and artistic achievements of our students.
The exhibition showcased a diverse range of artworks developed across the MYP and DP programmes, including observational and tonal drawings, mixed media pieces, and sculptural works. The displayed artworks highlighted students’ technical skills, creative thinking, and personal expression through a variety of artistic approaches and mediums.
We were also pleased to welcome the Grade 11 TOK class, who engaged with the exhibition and explored connections between art, interpretation, and perspectives. Throughout the morning, students had the opportunity to present and discuss their work with parents and visitors, while also receiving valuable feedback and reflections on their artistic process and final outcomes.
The event was a meaningful celebration of student creativity, communication, and reflection, strongly reflecting the values of the IB Learner Profile. Thank you to all parents and guests who attended and supported our students.
