Dear KG2 Families,
We are happy to share our students’ learning from this week!
First of all, a big thank you to all the parents who attended the student-led conferences. It was lovely to see you celebrating your child’s progress and growth in their learning journey.
In our new unit, “How We Express Ourselves,” the children enjoyed taking part in Show and Tell. They confidently waited for their turn, stood in front of their friends, shared their favorite story, and answered questions. We are so proud of their confidence and effort!
We also explored 3D shapes in a fun way by using toothpicks and playdough to build shapes such as cube, cone, and sphere.
Another highlight was starting guided reading with Ms. Sylvea. This supports our early readers in recognizing words, looking at pictures, and making connections between pictures and text.
