This week, we were happy to welcome a new student to our class! In our Unit of Inquiry, we continued learning through different activities. The children enjoyed using wordless books to retell stories in their own words, and Flat Teddy went on more fun adventures with students—thank you for helping with this at home! In Math, we started learning about measurement using non-standard units like blocks and hands. In Literacy, students practiced sight words, worked on writing stories during one-on-one conferences with the teacher, and continued practicing their reading. It has been a great week of learning and sharing together!
