Dear Families,
This week, our collaboration game truly captured the essence of teamwork! The first part of the activity involved students jumping in and out of a hula hoop, carefully following the teacher’s instructions. In the second part, teamwork and communication became even more essential: two students controlled a pair of sticks, opening and closing them while signaling their next move to the student inside, who had to react accordingly and jump in the right direction.
By the end of the lesson, we took time to reflect, and most kindergarten students agreed that the second part was more challenging. Since their jumps depended on the timing and coordination of their peers, they had to focus not only on their own actions but also on working together—a key lesson in sports and in life!
We also want to remind you that next week will mark the end of our Kindergarten Swimming Unit. We are incredibly proud of our little ones for their progress, confidence, and achievements in the water. It has been wonderful to see them grow and develop their skills throughout these lessons!
As we continue our activities, we will keep reinforcing the importance of teamwork, communication, and environmental care while exercising. Thank you for your ongoing support!
Best regards,
Ms. Nuria
