We started the week in Grade 6 by reflecting upon our exhibition experience, the skills we developed, what we learnt about ourselves throughout the process and how we can refine and improve the event for next year’s cohort. This reflective part is a really good way for the children to process just how successful they were and how far they each came over the ten weeks. Some interesting data below and definitely the trend is very positive about the whole experience.
Ultimately though, this week was about taking a pause, and then resetting our minds to really push forward with our mathematics, reading and writing programs over the coming weeks, as well as welcoming in a new How the World Works unit of inquiry. More information on the new unit next week.
