Science Fun with Ramps! 🌟
We explored how different balls and marbles roll down a ramp! The children tested different sizes and weights to see which rolled the fastest. They made predictions, observed the rolling, and compared the results. They could play with the ramp, balls, and marbles during choice time. Some students started designing their own ramps using different blocks to build interesting ones. This builds on an activity they did last week when they used marbles to paint by rolling them on paper, discovering that the marble will always run in the direction that points down.
