Dear Secondary Parents
As the Winter Break approaches, December becomes a month of celebration at ABIS, offering numerous opportunities for students to showcase their diverse talents. From art exhibitions to sports competitions, musical performances, and completing summatives for academic work, this month is a testament to the creativity and individuality of our students.
We are reminded that each student is unique, possessing their own set of strengths and passions. Let’s encourage our students to embrace these opportunities to shine, celebrate their efforts, and support one another as they demonstrate the incredible breadth of their abilities. December truly highlights that success comes in many forms, and our students are gifted in wonderfully unique ways!

- Friday, 6th December: Nautilus Swim Meet (9:00 am – 3:00 pm)
- Tuesday, 10th December: DP Information Evening (4:30 pm – 5:15 pm)
- 8th, 10th, 12th December: MOE Exams
- Saturday, 14th December: Community Fun Run
- Monday, 16th December: Secondary Winter Concert (6:00 pm) and Art Gallery Showcase featuring student artwork
- Wednesday, 18th December: Secondary Sports Day
- Thursday, 19th December: School closes for Winter Break (1:00 pm)
- Sunday, 12th January: School reopens after Winter Break
