On Sunday we kicked off our 10 week PYP Exhibition journey. This year’s literacy theme is ‘Alice in Wonderland’ by Lewis Carroll, so lots of our early work has been focused around this story and how characters in the text prepare for a great journey.

Please talk to your child about what they are thinking for their inquiry idea. Hopefully when they come home today they will have narrowed down their ideas to maybe 2 or 3. They should then spend the weekend pondering and considering which choice is right for them. There are lots of examples of PYP Exhibition work from this week on Seesaw. PLEASE talk to your child about their ideas. Some of the areas we have covered include:

  • Probing for Passions
  • ATL Reflections
  • Stand Up / Sit Down (passions)
  • Word Clouds
  • Red Warren of Ideas
  • SDGs consideration
  • Digging Deeper
  • Launching the Diary Room (see Seesaw)
  • Pondering Possibilities Google Form Evaluation
