Dear Parents,

What an exciting and active week we’ve had in Physical Education! With the weather becoming more pleasant, we’ve taken full advantage by moving our lessons outdoors. The fresh air and open spaces have truly energized the children, and it’s been heartwarming to see how much they enjoy engaging in physical activities outside.

This week, we introduced the fundamentals of running, which was a big hit with the students! We focused on basic techniques to help them develop coordination and confidence in their movements. For example, we practiced synchronizing arm and leg movements while running and experimented with balance by walking along a white line slowly before gradually increasing speed.

In the coming weeks, we’ll continue to expand on these running exercises while introducing the importance of teamwork and collaboration in physical activities. We’ll explore ways the children can support one another, from cheering on their peers during races to working together in group challenges. Our goal is to help them understand how working together makes physical activities even more enjoyable and rewarding.

We’re so proud of the enthusiasm and energy your children bring to each lesson. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to keeping you updated on their progress and accomplishments!

Warm regards,
Ms. Nuria
