This week, in our fifth week of school, students have made great progress in their literacy and math centers. They are rotating between centers smoothly and taking more responsibility for cleaning up. We’ve introduced loose parts in the literacy center, encouraging creative, hands-on learning, and it’s been rewarding to see how students are using them to collaborate and think critically.
Our unit on exploring differences and understanding the impact of choices continues to be a key theme. Students are becoming more aware of how their actions affect others, both in their work and interactions with peers.
Next week, we’re excited to introduce a new station with iPads, which will offer interactive ways for students to enhance their literacy and math skills. This addition promises to bring a new level of engagement and excitement to our centers!
