This week was an exciting and busy time. During our advisory meetings we talked about goal setting for students which is an important task for their development. We also explored the use of data in our Digital Citizenship lessons and the students had a chance to use specific data in designing the piece of clothing of their choice. Below you can see some photos of the finished product. Today we analyzed the importance of being safe online and some ideas of sharing information about us and protecting our privacy. These are important issues in our high technology world we live in now.
Last Sunday we also started our ASA sessions and the students seem to be quite interested in participating in them. We try to make sure that we cater to the individual needs and interests of them and we are open to new suggestions and ideas. We would like our students to be active and enrich their experience by being a part of their favorite activities.
There is a long weekend ahead of us because of the Prophet’s Birthday (PBUH). We would like to wish everyone a good holiday and we are looking forward to seeing you on Monday.
