In Grade 10, the students will come together for an IDU (Interdisciplinary Unit) between Music and Visual Arts in order to explore how these two creative fields are used and applied in Marketing, Business, and Brand Management. Students will explore how colors and shapes influence logos, how jingles and music choices in commercials can communicate to a desired audience and market, and how when applied together, they can elevate a company and drive a brand forward. At the end of the unit, the students will be crafting their own marketing campaigns using these creative elements to share their theoretical product.
