Dear Secondary Families,
Monday will be the last day of formal lessons for our Grade 12 students before they start their study leave and preparation for the final exams. We will send them off in style with the whole school lined up along the pathways, applauding them as they leave in their graduation gowns. This has now become a tradition from last year, and we welcome any parents who would like to join the applause at 12.45 pm.
Next week we will issue the Progress Reports. These will include a comment from advisors and grades and engagement ratings for all MYP students. Grade 11 and 12 students will also receive subject comments. Please take the time to read these and speak with your child about them. Celebrate the progress made and also consider any suggestions and recommendations made that suggest areas for further development. If you have any questions about the report, please do contact your child’s advisor
On Thursday 9th May, we will look forward to the ABIS Talent Show and further details of this will be shared nearer the time.
After School Activities (ASAs) will begin on Sunday 21st April. Sign-up sheets and details of available activities will be shared soon so that you may sign your child up for his or her chosen activity.
