Dear Parents,
This week, our kindergarten class has been diving into the fascinating world of animal movements through engaging and active games. From hopping like frogs to crawling like caterpillars, our students have been enthusiastically mimicking their favorite creatures while getting their bodies moving.
Next week, we’re excited to introduce a new game called “Animal Charades.” In this activity, students will act out the movements of various animals while you guess what they are, adding an extra layer of fun and creativity to our learning experience.
In addition to exploring animal movements, we’ve been delving into the realm of weather and its impact on our daily lives. From bright sunny days to rainy afternoons, we’ve been immersing ourselves in the sights, sounds, and sensations of different weather conditions.
During our exploration, we even tried experimenting with body percussion to summon the rain. The children did an exceptional job! They quickly grasped the movements and made connections between our actions and the weather phenomena we’ve been discussing.
Thank you for your continued support as we explore and learn together. If you have any questions or would like to know more about our activities, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Ms. Nuria.
Kindergarten PE Teacher.
