Dear KG1 Families,
This week, in Numeracy, we focused on sorting different objects based on their various attributes. After our whole class inquiries, children extended their learning by sorting a variety of objects during our choice time. It was great to see that some children collaborated to make these groups, while others chose to work on their own.
As the weather has been getting warmer, we are trying to make the most of it by spending time in our playground. We also bring nature inside, and the children really enjoy playing with sand. Due to limited space and a limited amount of sand, this has been an invaluable experience for the children, allowing them to practice their social and communication skills.
