A significant event is taking place on Sunday morning at ABIS – the unveiling of the name of our aquatics center. It is with great pride that we announce the official designation of the facility as the “Al Masoudi Aquatics Center” in recognition of Mr. Said Al Masoudi’s exceptional contributions and unwavering support to ABIS over the years. As the CEO of Sohar Aluminium, Mr. Said Al Masoudi has played a pivotal role in the success and growth of ABIS, and we are honored to have him and other distinguished VIPs in attendance at this event.
School reports for Semester One have been sent out this afternoon. I encourage you to read it with your child and congratulate them on their achievements thus far. Additionally, for areas that need strengthening, take the opportunity to discuss these with them and collaborate on strategies for improvement. Working together in this way can be highly beneficial for their academic progress.
This afternoon, a group of students, accompanied by Mr. Nick Murga and Ms. Kirsten Lloyd, departed for Muscat to participate in the TAISM MUN event. Our best wishes to the students and our thanks to Mr. Nick and Ms. Kirsten for their support at this important event.
Starting this Sunday, the trial catered lunch for students will start and we look forward to the feedback of the students and parents at the end of the trial.
Please be reminded that next Thursday, February 8, is a public holiday, and ABIS will be closed for the day.
