Dear KG 2 families,
We had a great week with our young learners! They did an awesome job on stage, and it was the first time for some of them. We could see the excitement and joy on their faces, mixed with pride. A big thank you to all the parents who came to support their kids and make the show a success.
In math, we focused on the number 5 and how two numbers add up to make it. It’s cool to see the kids working together in groups and doing bigger operations. The goal is to bring out the team spirit in their work.
For literacy, the children learned a new word, “I see,” and also about the letter “and.”
In our unit “Who We Are,” we talked a lot about the five senses. We found out that we can describe anything using these senses.
