What a great end to the week! Finally all students have their iPads and our routine in Grade 5 is starting to take shape. This week we worked in teams to fully understand exactly what each of the learner profile attributes means when they are in action. We also looked at who we are as: writers; listeners; and speakers. All of this reflection has helped us to prepare our own learning targets which will be shared with families via Seesaw.
In Maths we are starting to look at place value and decimal fractions; in Language we had various writing, listening and speaking activities; in Unit of Inquiry we continued to look at rights and responsibilities within our communities; and in Social and Emotional Learning, Ms Maitha has been helping us with conflict resolution by providing strategies to support us when we deal with problems.
