Dear KG2 Families,

We wanted to provide you with an update on the exciting activities and learning experiences that took place in our KG2 classroom this week.

First and foremost, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Grade 6 exhibition. Our KG2 learners were able to explore and learn from the projects created by the older students. It was an enriching experience for them, as they discovered new ideas and gained valuable knowledge. The exhibition was filled with so many interesting things to see and learn, and our students truly enjoyed the experience.

In addition to the exhibition, this week we focused on the concept of Grouping & Splitting. The children actively engaged in various activities to develop their understanding of this concept. They practiced grouping themselves by their age and then we moved to grouping by t-shirt color.

Moreover, the children were filled with enthusiasm as they delved deeper into the world of materials. They learned about different types of materials such as wood, glass, plastic, and paper. This exploration will continue in the coming weeks, allowing our students to expand their knowledge and understanding of materials. We appreciate the families who have been actively engaging with their children’s learning journey by providing us with pictures from home. Your involvement and support are greatly appreciated.
