Dear parents,
It’s been a wonderful week of field trips and activities. The field trips across the grade levels were excellent experiences for students and staff, and we thank the parents who accompanied them. The activities at school were of obvious benefit to the students as they learned more about the history and culture of Oman through immersive activities such as drumming, pottery, and storytelling. The week finished with an assembly of all students and staff where we we were treated to dances and more. A very good finish to a great week.
A survey was sent out yesterday to the school community about a summer course for students at ABIS. The course is to develop student’s English skills and will run for 3 weeks in late July. If you are interested, open the survey here.
Sunday is a public holiday and school will resume on Monday, February 20.
