In English, students have started a new unit called ‘Expressing Ourselves.’ In this unit students will be analysing different types of poems and creating their own poetry anthology. To enable them to do this, students have been creating posters based on one poetry device (EG: rhyme or rhythm or metaphor etc)
In Individuals and Societies, students have been continuing with their Ancient Civilizations unit. they have just completed a timeline, and are ready to begin their summative assessment. This is a research project, in pairs, of an ancient civilization.
