Dear Parents,
It’s been a great week with the success of last week’s school trips for secondary classes and the Grade 6 students’ enjoyable trip this week. After a long period of cancelled camps due to the pandemic, it’s gratifying to see students and teachers embarking on trips for team building, cultural exposure, and the fun of being in a different place with friends and peers.
Today, we have released the Semester One reports for all students. Please take time to review the report with your child and offer encouragement and guidance as needed. This is a crucial stage in the academic year, as your child’s performance has been evaluated. If there is room for improvement, the new semester is a perfect opportunity to address it.
Term 3 starts on Sunday, February 5th, and will end on Thursday, April 13th. During Term 3, there will be several events, and importantly, Ramadan. Ramadan will follow a reduced schedule like last year with classes starting at 8.00 am and ending one hour earlier at 2.00 pm. Thursdays will remain unchanged. Further information will be provided closer to the time.
